This is payment for month 1 of a 12 month subscription package.
This subscription is for 3 hours of support which can be used for up to 1 manufacture via a remote connection to your PC with telephone support if needed. We can cover all equipment that we have supplied automatically. Any of your existing equipment, not supplied by us, that you would like us to support will require provision of additional details in order to ensure that we are able to offer you our support.

We get that downtime is frustrating and costly this is why regular maintenance and updates are vital.
Scheduled Software Maintenance:
Carry out monthly updates to windows & window components.
Carry out OEM updates of Application & calibration files if available.
This can be done when tool is not in use; say end of your working day. We will contact you by text message, phone or email to ask for computer to be left on and a charger connected. Updates will be done over TeamViewer remotely.
We will notify you when updates have been completed by chosen contact method.
Software Hardware Problems:
Occasionally software and files can become corrupted due to improper shutdowns of computer, or Harddrive write errors. Sometimes there can be errors within the manufactures software and a patch or add-on is needed. Also problems can happen with Hardware i.e. usb cables, diagnostic interface or firmware corruption. We offer support within 1 hour of being contacted and will work with you over the phone and TeamViewer to try and resolve these issues and pinpoint the failure.
Training & Help Using OE tools:
We use these tools every day and have done for many years so we can pass this knowledge onto you; by connecting to your computer remotely and talking you through what we are doing so you get a full understanding of what's happening. I don't disagree with going for a days training on a diagnostic tool, but from experience have found that once people return to there workshops and don't get to use the tool for a few days forget a lot of what they were shown. Real help when you need it the most.
What you are Purchasing
This purchase is for the first initial month of 12 month subscription.
Once you have checked out on this item, we will get in touch with you to discuss any questions you may have. We can then set you up with a monthly contract.
This subscription package is a 12 month minimum contract.
